This 110 m² charming house half is located on a closed plot of 400 m². The house benefits from a small heated swimming pool and there is a solar outdoor shower, sunbeds, a coal barbecue and a lovely terrace with awning. The interiors are comfortable and well-maintained, and the villa is air-conditioned throughout. Golf fans will find the Golf de Valescure waiting 1 km away, and just 400 m away you can start your excursions on foot or by bike through the Esterel mountains. Ideal location to benefit from the sandy beaches of Saint-Raphaël (2.5 km) and its animation offer during the summer months.
