Quiet Oasis in Lovely Neighborhood

We are 10 minutes south of downtown Orlando in a lovely, quiet neighborhood. ORMC, Arnold Palmer, and Winnie Palmer Hospitals are just 2.6 miles away, or 10 minutes by vehicle. Orlando International Airport is 20 minutes away, and we are within a few minutes of all major transportation arteries. Universal and the Convention Center are about 20 minutes away and Disney is about 30 minutes.

The space: A Mother-in-Law Suite with a private entrance to a large non-smoking bedroom with a queen bed and a private bathroom overlooking the pool and hot tub. The room is large enough to accommodate an air mattress for children. Pool, hot tub, & laundry facilities available. Well behaved pets under 25 pounds are welcome with a daily $10.00 pet fee per animal and no more than two pets. Smoking of any kind inside is prohibited, but allowed within the screened pool area; cigars please outside.

Guest access: Private entrance direct to the mother-in law suite by access code to electronic lock, separated from main living area by a laundry room which you may use if desired. Contact Bunker at (407) 883-5399 for your code.

Parking: dedicated guest parking on left side of driveway.

Mother-in-law suite is a big bedroom with TV, microwave, small refrigerator/freezer, washer/dryer access, desk & wingback chair. Bathroom roomy. If you need anything else you just ask. Owners were awsome!!

Our stay was absolutely fantastic! The hospitality was top-notch, and the property was impeccably clean. We especially loved relaxing in the hot tub. The neighborhood was excellent—quiet, safe, and conveniently located. Everything we wanted to do was within a 20-minute drive, making it the perfect base for our trip. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience and would return in a heartbeat!

Cute little place

We stayed here between our vacation rental and needing to leave for the airport. Bunker was very friendly and accommodating. We didn’t stay long but the house was very clean and the outside area was lovely!

The most relaxing time in Orlando

We were met with warm smiles and great hospitality during me and my boyfriend’s visit to Orlando. Not only were we given great suggestions for dining and things to do , we were also told to settle in just as if we were home ! We will be back to book this property soon !

Safe and very quiet

Five star stay! One of the best we’ve ever had. The owners are very personable and accommodating, and give you the privacy that you need. Bunker, I did find the Kleenex. Ha ha it was right in front of my face. Thanks for a great stay, and we look forward to staying Here again

Work weekend

The property was wonderful. We really enjoyed the pool. We had it all to ourselves. The room was very clean, nicely decorated and had everything we needed. The complimentary waters in the mini fridge were a nice added touch. Bunker and his wife were gracious hosts. They were available and helpful but also gave us our space. We would highly recommend them and would definitely stay there again in the Orlando area. The neighborhood was nice and quiet and convenient to everywhere we needed to go. Great stay.

Quiet and cozy neighborhood

This property is located in a nice little quiet neighborhood about 33 minutes from Disney. We didn’t know this was a property that the owners would also be present at (my fault for not realizing) but the host ended up being very kind and courteous. We barely saw or heard him. The bed and pillows were comfortable. The property was extremely clean and well kept. There’s a pool located right outside your entrance.

Lovely Oasis with Terrific Hosts

So glad we decided to stay here rather than one of the Disney properties! Bunker and Cathy were fantastic hosts from the moment I booked right on through departure. Communication was excellent and when I mentioned that my son has Autism they assured me that this was a welcoming space for him. The room itself as well as outdoor areas are far more lovely than you can tell from the pictures. They thought of everything to make our stay comfortable and the place was immaculate. The location is quite convenient as we avoided all the hustle and bustle but were so close to all the attractions as well as groceries and plenty of restaurants. Having an oasis to retreat to at the end of the day was the perfect reset to prepare for the next day and we were delighted to get a chance to meet and chat with our hosts. This place is an absolute gem 💎

Southern Oaks property

The property was perfect for our getaway. The pool was a sorely beautiful, the room was clean and we got to check in early. Our only inconvenience was there was no fridge in the room; we were told during our stay the old one had stopped working and the new one was supposed to be in already. We made due with a cooler and ice. I understand about delivery delays because of shortages, nothing that could be helped. The property owners were so kind and accommodating, we would definitely stay again. Great location to some fantastic, mouth watering restaurants and some really places to get drinks as well. Thank you for a wonderful experience in a new location!

We are a 43 year married couple. We met in Germany; she didn't speak English and he didn't speak French - but we both spoke German. Our children are now out of the nest so we have a private mother-in-law suite that we thought would make a nice room for traveling adventurers! English and French are spoken in our household.

We entertain quite often, so if you stay with us you can join our parties if you wish. We use our pool or our hot tub almost daily, and we welcome you to join us.

We are at the end of a cul-de-sac in a very quiet neighborhood, great for privacy and safety, yet only three miles from downtown. Literally hundreds of shops and restaurants within a few miles.
