About this property
Grande Maison de Caractère à 5 Minutes de la Loire. Idéal, Accueil de Famille
Come and create unique memories in this peaceful and family accommodation.
Ideally located in the heart of La Possonnière, 50 metres from the Loire à Vélo crossing, less than 10 minutes walk from the shops, the guinguette, the banks of the Loire and the SNCF train station, as well as 9 minutes from Angers by train, this completely renovated stone house from 1850 offers all the advantages of a town centre, while benefiting from the peaceful calm of the countryside.
Its 3 bedrooms offer beautiful spaces for up to 8 beds. And thanks to its stone walls, everyone will be able to enjoy their space without feeling promiscuous.
Finally, you will also discover its small atypical garden, not overlooked, a real additional room in this village house, where you will like to recharge your batteries.
