Carnac, located on the south coast of Brittany, is renowned for its fine sandy beaches and crystal-clear waters. House located 250 m from the Men-Du beach and less than a kilometre from the Grande-Plage. The Centre-Plage and its shops are 1.5 km away, the supermarket is 600 m away.

Auray and its railway station are about fifteen kilometres away.
