This was a fun place to stay. It is a close one block walk to the underground. Close to multiple e-bikes too. The stairs are steep so probably not your place if you struggle with stairs. Comfortable! Felt very secure. This was an old storefront converted into a living space.

Noisy Street and Neighbors

We found the details in the listing accurate, but far from complete. Both bedrooms and bathroom are reached by very steep, steel steps to below street level that have no safety rail. Challenge to carry luggage up and down safely. TV remote does not turn tv on. You must find little black button on back of tv to turn on, then remote works. Upstairs neighbor moves furniture for hours each day. Neighbor on other side of back wall is some kind of metal business that seems to throw metal chains, plates and scrap. Homeless people sleep on church steps directly across the street, about 40 ft away. Must put full front security shutter down for privacy.

Klein appartement op de begane grond en souterrain met alle noodzakelijke voorzieningen. Het appartement is fijn dicht in de buurt van de beginhalte van metro lijn 4 waarmee je rechtstreeks naar Gard du Nord en het centrum van Parijs rijdt.We hebben het hier fijn gehad!

Tres bon sejour

Très bon séjour entre amies. Bon emplacement à quelques pas du métro. Seul bemol, il ne faut pas se coucher avant 23h car il se situe à côte d'un bar. Sinon l endroit est calme.
