About this property

The little house in the Buttes Chaumont

I live in a small, very quiet courtyard where you can hear the birds singing in the morning. My home consists of a bright living room with an open kitchen, a cosy bedroom with a very comfortable king-size bed (160×200), and a large bathroom with a big bathtub. The area is very nice, located between Rue de Belleville (a bustling shopping street) and Buttes Chaumont Park; the Ourcq Canal is a 15-minute walk away.

Very homey. We loved the light coming from the skylight and the fact that it was a real home, not just a rental for tourists was a plus.

Highly Recommend this VRBO

We loved this place! it’s very clean and nicely decorated, we felt very comfortable throughout our stay! It’s in a great location with an amazing bakery right down the road and a metro stop only a short walk away. Nicholas was a great host and very responsive. I highly recommend staying here!

Mignon & Confortable!

We enjoyed staying here, the home owner clearly has put a lot of love into the space. He was super nice and responsive when we reached out. It is a great layout and had everything we needed. We love to cook, and were especially grateful for the many supplies in the kitchen. We would definitely return to stay here!

Xavier Pier

Tolle Lager, netter Kontakt unzureichender Standart

Eigentlich ganz nette Unterkunft.
