Chalet vue Panoramique au Calme Absolu, ski à 5 min

A magical place, cut off from the world and yet a few minutes by car from the resorts of Saint-Sorlin-d'Arves and Saint-Jean-d'Arves, in the Sybelles area (4th French ski area).

The chalet is located at the end of a forest path accessible by car in summer and winter. You will enjoy absolute calm, without neighbors or vis-à-vis, surrounded by forests, with a breathtaking view of the Grande Chible massif. A real cosy refuge, far from the worries of everyday life!

Former alpine chalet completely renovated, all comforts.

On the ground floor:
• Very well equipped kitchen (coffee machine x3, juicer, dishwasher, washing machine, dryer, raclette, fondue, pierrade...) open to a cosy living room with large fireplace
• Closed TV room that can be used as a bedroom (sofa bed)
• Double bedroom
• Bathroom and WC

Upstairs:
• 1 master bedroom of 30 m² with wood stove, balcony and panoramic view of the mountains
• 1 double bedroom with cot
• 1 double bedroom with bunk bed
• 2 adjoining bedrooms (10 m² each): double bed in the first, bunk bed in the second
• Shower room and WC

Outside:
• Large terrace with table, barbecue and garden chairs
• Tree house with swing for children
• Norwegian bath with panoramic view of the mountains

Important: there is direct access by car in summer. In winter, the path can be technical when there is a lot of snow or ice. The snowplough comes every day, but not before 11am. It is recommended to have chains for a city car or a 4x4 with snow or 4-season tyres. If you prefer to avoid driving on this snowy path, it is possible to park at the beginning of the Chemin des Tours and go up on foot (5 min walk).

We are not on site, but the arrival is via key box or welcome by our housekeeper, very nice. We remain available by phone if you have the slightest problem.

• You don't like isolation
• You don't have a car
• You are afraid of small or large animals (fox possible!)
• You have mobility issues (stairs, slope from car park)

Beds will be made on arrival, but TOWELS ARE NOT PROVIDED
