A special feature a small covered terrace up high. In the villa there is lots of windows that open to the splendid mountain landscape.

The villa's is situated 350 m above sea level. There are slope forests and rocky outcrops in the area.

The nearest ski slope and lift is Utsuvaara 700 m. Access to the ski lift only on foot or on skis from the parking area 200 m away. Southeastern slope 2.4 km, there is road to the slope. South Slope and South Point services 4.5 km.
Levi center with Spa and other services 9 km.
