50th Surprise Party

The property was very clean and spacious to host a surprise birthday party for 20 people. Tons of counterspace seating, entertaining areas. Ample street parking to accommodate overflow. The beds were all comfortable and the sheets and bathrooms smelled clean and fresh. We enjoyed our stay. Jody was very responsive and accommodating. I would definitely rent again for my needs. Thanks again for the great experience.

PERFECT!!!

This rental was perfect for us with all rooms having their own bathroom. Although we only had 3 people this house has room for a larger crowd. Very spacious den and tv area, screened porch was nice to sit on in morning. We would not hesitate to stay at this property in the future.

Family visit to Pinehurst

The property was very clean, spacious and well-provisioned. Pinehurst is a great town to visit - and the house was centrally located to grocery stores, golf courses, and kid-friendly activities. The host was super responsive and very helpful. We look forward to visiting again!

Great place. Front door code would not work. When we got there they back door was unlocked so we went in and out of it instead.

Golf Trip

We had a group of 8 friends stay and this was a great spot to hang out while we explored the area. The open living room provided a nice space to all hang out together with a decent sized kitchen and dining room.

For now we live in South Florida and the house is being managed by our property manager, Mary. She is a local with expert knowledge of the area and long history of managing properties. Why they chose this property

We visited the area and fell in love with the quaint town of Pinehurst with its world-class golf courses, antique shops, delicious restaurants, and trendy breweries. When we saw the house, we just knew it was perfect for a vacation rental - we would have loved to stay in it ourselves! It has great functionality with its 3 bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms and a large living room area perfect for family or friends gatherings, but it also has beautiful ambiance with its open air feel and modern design.
