So cute!

What a great place! Beautifully updated and decorated. We really appreciated the air conditioning as it was in the 90s during our stay. It had everything we needed, including a little fenced in area for our dog. The unit is walking distance from a great little restaurant. Which we found to have really good food. Would highly recommend staying here.

Mill City's best kept secret.

This was my third stay here. Super accommodating, including a washer and dryer, all kitchen essentials and plenty of supplies. This rental is bigger than it looks in the pictures but still small and quaint. It couldnt be cleaner. I will always try to book this place when in Mill City.

Nice and clean

If you need a Mill City location this should work. Outside not much to look at but inside is clean and relatively recently renovated. No dishwasher FYI but there is a laundry.

Time to go home

Inside the property is fine except for the beds--small and hard. The neighborhood was not what we expected. We are elderly and didn't want to go out at night. And then the electricity went out! My husband tried the fuses, but after a call to the electric company , he found out it was area wide lack of electricity. No T. V. Unable to cook. It all felt very uncomfortable. We did not stay for the second night and could not figure out how to notify the host. I would be grateful for a refund for that second night.

Cute and super clean but disappointed 😞

The place is adorable and amazing clean and quiet. I would rent herw again but there were two issues. 1. 1st night shower, i thought water heater was turned down. Was just a bit better than warm. This isnt the hosts fault and i did send a text letting him kbow about it because I couldnt get back into vrbo to let him know. No response, not even a thanks which I think is odd but hey maybe his number changed? 2. What is someones fault is that I specifically rented this because of the hottub and even via vrbo turned down another host because of the hottub listed as an amenity...that is one 8nvisible hottub or it didnt exist. So all in all not hot shower, no hottub as listed. Id rent again if there was some form of hot water but now i know to confirm amenities. The lack of the hottub was a huge disappointment espe ially after a cold day in the weather.

This is a beautiful, clean and well-equipped rental. The selection of coffee was terrific!! The adjoining duplex looked run down which deterred some from the charm.

Detroit Lake fishing trip with lodging & dining in Mill City

Nicely remodeled duplex in Mill City, OR. Facility was very clean, functional, & well maintained. Owners very responsive & great to deal with (wonderful people!). Property conveniently located a short drive from Detroit Lake. Mill City offers stores for provisioning & a selection of restaurants for dining. The Sierra Mexican Restaurant in the nearby community of Gates was excellent & is highly recommended. Fishing at Detroit Lake was good for Rainbow Trout. Looking forward to our next visit.

Silver Falls State Park Trip

30 minutes from our destination. Power went out but there was a flashlight in the drawer. Nice cozy place to stay in a quiet neighborhood. Owner answered texts right away. Made our trip very enjoyable.

Good location

This property was clean and in a good location. Walking distance to Mill City Grill and a grocery store. It has a comfortable bed and nice shower. Enjoyed the air conditioner in the hot weather. It does not have a dishwasher but with only two people not a problem. Could use a towel rack in the bathroom.
