A fantastic 1 bedroom 1 bath, air conditioned ground floor unit at Kihei Alii Kai, featuring a queen bed in the bedroom. Enjoy the relaxing sunny garden area and relax in the coolness from the Air Conditioner. The unit also has 2 murphy beds in the living room and a sofa bed that are not pictured. This unit is just steps from the beaches of Kamaole Park I & II and has something for everyone. Enjoy the pool and relax in the sauna. Walk to numerous restaurants or enjoy a round of golf at one of the nearby courses in Wailea. Enjoy all the wonderful activities Maui has to offer: surfing, paddle boarding, diving, whale watching, and dinner cruises! Enjoy the comforts and conveniences of home with a fully stocked kitchen. After a fun day in the sun, cool off with air conditioning or enjoy Mai Tai's as the sun sets off the lanai. Free Wi-Fi, parking, and cable included. Truly a great place to relax.

The unit is well stocked with kitchen ware and appliances, we also provide:
- beach chairs, beach towels, beach umbrella, sorry no snorkeling gear,
- a toiletries starter kit sufficient for short stay,
- a starter kit of laundry soap, dish soap, dishwasher soap, and kitchen cleaning supplies,
- drip coffeemaker and some coffee to get the trip started
- linens, towels, etc.

We enjoyed staying here, brilliant location and facilities. Very easy to navigate. Only one concern….there are cockroaches. Found in the kitchen and in the laundry cupboard. Maybe set a bug bomb off to kill any before the next guests…

The condo was wonderful, thank you. I would suggest a smaller a/c unit in bedroom in addition to the one in living room. The location is perfect, the pool very nice and the yard maintenance people were also so very friendly!Very clean Thank you!

Enjoyed the location. Convenient to everything. Plenty of parking and water hose for cleaning off sand.Unfortunately no elevator access….which I thought wouldn’t be necessary for the ground level. I had an 89 yr old in a wheelchair. Fortunately only 2 sets of 6 steps..The condo was clean with the necessary amenities… linens, towels , beach chairs and towels as well as kitchen supplies The large table on the lanai worked great since we also had other family members in an other unit and we were able to all eat together!!!!The air conditioning worked well but didn’t quite reach the back bedroom. The additional stand alone fan was helpful.Overall we enjoyed our stay and would recommend!!!Mahalo

AC unit undersized and not able to meet set point. No AC in bedroom and AC unit not able to cool this area. Carpet stained/dirty in some areas but not terrible. Unit could use some maintenance on doors and etc but was sufficient for our stay. kitchen updated. stocked well with beach chairs and umbrella. Murphy beds good for additioanl guests however makes the unit closed off and a bit dark.
