Located in the famous "Marais", just a 7-minute walk from Beaubourg, the district is bustling with activity thanks to its many pedestrianised streets that provide access to the capital's trendiest restaurants and bars, as well as trendy boutiques. It has a wealth of museums and is close to public transport. My flat is ideal for a stay with family or friends.

- 1 fully equipped American kitchen with a Nespresso coffee machine, a toaster, a kettle, a washing machine, a dryer, an oven and a steam oven

The apartment is equipped with cameras that do not work.

The building is currently undergoing renovation.



The cleaning fee includes fresh linens and towels for each guest and cleaning is carried out by a professional housekeeper.

My accommodation is located 9 minutes walk from the famous department store: BHV.

and 1 minute from the large Monoprix supermarket

A superb park for walking is located downstairs, you are at the bottom of rue de Bretagne

- Notre Dame de Paris (1km)

- Louvre Museum (1.5km)

My apartment is very well served by public transport, which can take you with great ease to the Eiffel Tower, the Sacré-Cœur or even the Arc de Triomphe.



I advise you to take a walk towards Rue de Bretagne which is full of typically Parisian bars and small traders.
