Great location. The suite was better than advertised. Huge balcony off the large living area with views of the ocean. Property was upscale and as good as you would find at top resorts in Vegas and Scottsdale. First time in Miami and when we come back we will stay here.
We always stay in Fontainebleau when we go to Miami Beach . This unit was the cleanest so far . Beds are comfortable. The Host is really helpful. Fast respond . We definitely book again.
We had a great stay at the Fontainebleau. There was more than enough room for our group of six, and the hotel made it easy by providing two actual single beds (not rollaways), which they delivered and removed for us — super convenient. Even before check-in, we had early access to the pool and beach while our room was being cleaned, which was a great way to start the trip. The bellmen brought our luggage up while we enjoyed the facilities, making everything seamless. Highly recommend for both comfort and service!
Nice stay. Excellent pool service. I was a little disappointed that I never got to use the Spa. No one seem to know anything about the offer when I inquired with the front desk once I arrived. The suite had a few cracks in the walls and the en suite bathroom mirror had a flaw on it.
Overall good stay. Check-in prices was a bit difficult because they would t check us in at main hotel. Views are good overall, but partially obstructed by tower in front.
Clean and mostly updated unit. Owner was very responsive to questions!
Careful: breakfast is not included like mentioned but otherwise, amazing property! The view is amazing, everything is clean, we truly had a good times. You can get extra bed (more ). The pools are just insane! Really nice for kids, I think we didn't see any pool deeper than 4ft. We have a private access to the beach which is incredible too. We had issues to change the dates with the owner and issue receiving a refund from that change. Even if it took 1 month, the owner was easily joinable.
The property advertised was supposed to sleep 6 not 3. The property was much smaller floor plan then advertised with view of walls not ocean. I showed the hotel the floor plan and they informed me they have no rooms with such a floor plan and it looked like I was defrauded.
It’s the world famous Fontainebleau. It’s beautiful but needs updating (some paint in common areas). The service at the front desk and restaurants and pool and beach cabanas was first rate. The car valet can be a disaster At peak times so call at least twenty minutes ahead. The room was nice with an ocean view and outside balconies. The tv’s and appliances need updating. The kitchen area is very small. And the only real complaint about staying in the room was that housekeeping was supposed to service the room every other day and only came once during our one week stay. We literally had to beg for bath towels and changing of the bed sheets. Not the owners fault but something that needs to be looked into and corrected. Overall a great stay.

Hi, and thanks for checking out our place! I’m a Cornell University Hotel School graduate with a background in real estate finance, and now I own and manage a small collection of vacation homes in Upstate New York and Miami. Hospitality has always been a passion of mine, and making sure guests feel at home (and then some) is something I take seriously.
My wife, who has a background in interior design, brings each space to life — she’s behind all the thoughtful touches and aesthetic details that make our homes feel special. We put a lot of care into creating spaces that are not only clean and comfortable, but also beautiful, functional, and memorable.
We live on Long Island with our daughter and treat every guest like we’d want to be treated — clear communication, smooth check-ins, and spaces that are exactly what you hoped for (if not better). Whether you're planning a weekend away or a longer escape, we hope you’ll feel right at home.
Let us know if you have any questions — we’re always happy to help make your stay easy and enjoyable.
Why they chose this property
We chose this neighborhood because it offers the best of Miami all in one spot. The property is located right on the beach, so you can start your day with ocean views and step directly onto the sand without ever getting in a car. It’s also perfectly positioned — just 15 minutes to the airport, 15 minutes to South Beach, and 15 minutes to the Miami Design District. Whether you're here for sun and relaxation, world-class shopping, incredible dining, or nightlife, you're never far from where you want to be.
What makes Miami Beach so special is the unique blend of laid-back coastal living with the energy and culture of a major city. You’ve got miles of white sand beaches, turquoise water, and palm trees — paired with art, music, architecture, and a food scene that rivals any in the country. It's one of those rare places where you can spend your morning at a quiet café, your afternoon paddleboarding or exploring galleries, and your evening out at a Michelin-starred restaurant or live music venue.
For us, this location checked every box — beachfront, central, vibrant, and full of character. We wanted to create a space where guests could soak in the magic of Miami Beach while feeling completely at home. Whether it’s your first visit or your tenth, we think you’ll love it as much as we do.
