The house was very clean the host and the property management were excellent. The plugs went out in the kitchen but they were back up in no time. Our family had an amazing time we would definitely book again!

Great house lots of space for families and the kids stayed busy the entire time. The play room was awesome. Great location as well close to everything you would want or need.

Perfect for large family

This house was perfect for our group, we had 5 kids who loved the themed rooms, the game room with the slide but especially the pool! They were never bored. We liked the location, Walmart was close, food options near by. Check in was easy, check out instructions were easy. Really we just showed up had an amazing relaxing time and left :)

Excellent location and fantastic home for family’s.

House looked just as advertised. Very clean and spacious. Had a little trouble with wi fi and gas grill being out of gas but was resolved immediately. Would definitely stay here again!

The house was amazing and very clean. The pictures on the website are very accurate. We had a small issue with a knob on the stove. I called the host and a technician was out right away- awesome service!!! The internet was a bit spotty .Would highly recommend .

Great Stay!

This house was perfect for our group of 5 adults and 5 teenagers. There is plenty of room to spread out and relax! The house is beautiful and exactly as pictured! It was also very clean. Check in was easy and the location is convenient to everything. Walmart is right around the corner so it was easy to buy supplies. We greatly enjoyed our stay and would definitely stay here again!

Pool was not working! We had 7 kids with us and a pool was a requirement. We notified the property manager that the pool was broken upon arrival. The pump wasn’t working and the pool was murky and green. We checked in on Sunday evening and the pool wasn’t safe to swim until Tuesday and we were checking out on Wednesday. When I reached out for a partial refund, they declined. Property would have been great if the pool worked.

Lovely property

Property met the needs of all our family and friends - lots of spaces for all age groups. Some minor defects and missing items (we had to buy a can opener for example!) but a lovely home to return to after a hard day out. Pool cleanliness needs improving - dirty around the edges.

House is older than photos show. Hot water did not work in the bathroom with the only tub in the house. Air flow issues. Plumbing fixtures and vents for hvac are rusted. None of the bedrooms had ceiling fans. A few floor fans were in the house we had to purchase a couple.

The house is very nice overall, we enjoyed the themed rooms and wall murals, very cute! The house is in need of a good deep cleaning. Several areas were noticeably dirty including walls, corners, light switches, the kitchen backsplash, and the edges of the countertops.The pool area and patio is in need of deep cleaning/ pressure washing as well. It was noticeably dirty and sticky causing it to be slippery due to the grime. The neighboring rentals appeared more clean and well maintained.It would be a bit more convenient if the kitchen could have some basic supplies such as more than just a single trash bag and dishwasher detergent. Some additional basics like cooking oil, a few spices would also be very appreciated. Additionally, there was no soap in the bathroom soap dispensers, which was unexpected.The grass in the rainbow hideout area was dirty as well. Overall, the home really just needs a thorough deep cleaning to match the quality depicted in the listing photos. I wanted to share this feedback so it can be addressed for future guests but we thoroughly enjoyed the house and our stay.

Nice Vacation Home

The check in process was super easy… To ensure a easy stay carefully read through your access voucher. The home’s decor was spectacular, very nicely put together. There were a couple hiccups along the way which is why I can only give it 4 stars. We paid for the pool to be heated …48hrs in advance. Upon arrival …it was not heated, although maintenance did come to the property. The day after Thanksgiving we were notified that there was a “piece” that needed to be fixed, and only a estimated time frame for this “piece” to be fixed was given. The time frame was AFTER our departure. We were immediately refunded the amount we paid for the pool heating but that did not make us feel better considering we pick our properties based on home features and availability. Although the home was gorgeous we would have for sure booked another property had we known the pool and jacuzzi wouldn’t be available. We did have access to the Clubhouse amenities but considering it was Thanksgiving weekend … it was very crowded! Overall the house looks exactly as pictured. The play room was a HUGE win for the kids of all ages. The community was welcoming and very quiet. The home was immaculate and ready for our family.

The property was perfect for our family and extended family that came to visit. Having bedrooms with their own private bathrooms was really nice. The home layout is perfect for family with small kids. The bedrooms upstairs provide privacy and are really well soundproof so kids can take naps during the day while other family events can go on downstairs and noise was never an issue. Great property!

This is a beautiful property that perfectly fit two families (4 adults and 4 kids total). Looks very similar to the pictures. Close location to Disney World and Universal (a little farther) as well as places like groceries and shopping. The host was very quick to respond to messages and overall the process was easy to check in and out. HIGHLY recommend this property!
