"Marlene and Craig's condo was exceptional. It was larger than I anticipated and could accommodate four people comfortably. The views were amazing, and the pools and Pacific Ocean were awesome. My only recommendation would be to have those great ceiling fans installed on the balcony. Other than that, it was a great stay and we will return. Thanks again, Marlene and Craig!"

We are happy you enjoyed Bahia as much as we do. November 2020 I was going to install 1 or 2 balcony ceiling fans. But I was advised not to buy a real estate manager, due to winds can be strong at times and bring ceiling fan crashing down. With that said I know other condos in Bahia have balcony ceiling fans. Since you are the first that brought this up, and no question it would nice to have the option of turning on a balcony ceiling fan, I am going to reach to other owners and see if anybody has had a problem with ceiling fans crashing down. If I receive positive feed back I will install 1 or 2. Thank you for bringing this up otherwise I may have never revisited this idea. We look forward to your return in the future.

I will save you time doing research. JUST BOOK THIS PLACE.

Don’t even know where to begin. Exceptional experience from communicating with Craig to their beautiful condo that feels like you were meant to live there. The facility is very secure and very well-maintained. The beach is perfect and it’s literally right in front of where you stay. The beach bar is wonderful. This has been my best place I have ever stayed. I will be spending a few days in Panama City after this and then we are headed back home. We will be planning to possibly sell everything and buy a place here at Bahia. Like I said in my title, JUST BOOK THIS PLACE. You’re welcome in advance.

If you want to relax in style, this is the place!

Found Craig & Marlene's place on VRBO. Pictures and location (north, out of city) looked good so I reserved. The apartment is kept up extremely well. Clean, up to date, well provisioned. The 15th floor balcony view of the beach can be seen from both Living room and Master bedroom & is wonderful. The wall is floor to ceiling Sliding glass panels where you can open & have the coastal breeze flow all throughout the place. Craig & Marlene were super communicative and VERY helpful for getting us oriented to the area. I just wish we could have stayed even longer. Super great for families. private entrance directly to the beach for residents. THANK YOU CRAIG & MARLENE!!

Steven your family and you are a host dream. Thanks so much for staying with us. We hope to see you all back soon. Steven I want to mention i just got off the phone with VBRO as the HOUSE RULES rating I gave you is showing 0 stars. I told VBRO I gave you 5 STARS in all categories. VBRO is working on correcting so our rating for you are 5 STARS in all categories. Again, your family and you were awesome.

Beautiful Condo

My husband and I stayed here for 12 nights in December and really enjoyed our stay. The condo was well equipped and comfortable. Nice king size bed in light and airy bedroom. Sliding glass doors to the balcony was really nice. There is a second bedroom and bathroom that would be very comfortable for another couple or kids. The view from the second bedroom and kitchen was gorgeous with the mountains. The kitchen had everything you needed to cook...refrigerator/freezer was so nice with water and ice maker attached (I miss that already since we've moved throughout our trip to Panama and new areas/places). The air conditioner worked well in master bedroom...we didn't use the main A/C because it was nice and breezy on the second floor and when you had the kitchen windows open, it was all we needed. Marlene and Craig were very responsive and offered to help in any way we needed. Only one drawback: a new rule in the condo only allowed you to use the gym and spa if you were staying for a month or longer. A bit of a bummer, but it didn't detract from your stay. It was nice having the ability to order food at the Bahia, but it was only available Thu-Sun. It was also fun getting to know other guests staying there. The beach bar in front of the Bahia was fun and cute too. Thank you Craig and Marlene!

Andrea it was a pleasure to have you and your husband in our condo and knowing you enjoyed your stay in Bahia. Hopefully you will both return soon. Bahia had implemented 30 day minimum stay for use of gym and spa for December. January 1, 2022 reverted back to 7 day minimum stay or longer.
