Backed by a house but not overlooked and benefiting from a large wooded park in which your children can play freely and a pleasant covered shelter of 43m2 where you will enjoy taking your rest or relaxing whatever the weather. weather report ! You will appreciate the proximity of Gramat with all its shops and services, as well as the Great Tourist Sites: Padirac, Rocamadour, Lacave, ... This cottage can be rented for 2 people outside the summer period, prices to be seen with the owners. On the ground floor, living room / kitchen area (compartment freezer), 1 bedroom (1 bed 1.40m), bathroom, separate wc. Upstairs, 3 bedrooms including a family bedroom (2 1.40m beds, 2 1.20m beds, 2 bunk beds), shower room, separate wc. Central heating not included in the price of the stay (12€ per day during the heating period). Unfenced land with porch, covered terrace, covered and enclosed shelter with table tennis. Idéal pour les familles. Très bien aménagé, a proximité de tout mais au calme. Possibilité de manger dehors, plancha, balançoire, chaises longues...Vraiment top!
