Facing the swimming pool, this house benefits from a pleasant comfort for a very pleasant stay. Here, one appreciates to be able to stay the summer in all conviviality up to 10/12 persons, between friends or in family, while having 2 independent lodgings. For the pleasure of adults and children, we like the presence of the ping pong table, the petanque ground, the games for children, all in the heart of a 4500m² park! With an ideal geographical location because at only 5 km from the Gouffre de Padirac, and 20 km from Rocamadour, you will be well at the Gite Le Lièvre et La Tortue...and that's not a fable !!! Gite composed of 2 lodgings communicating from outside. On the ground floor (accommodation Le Lièvre for 6 people): a large living room with dining area living room (TV, sofas, 2 extra beds in 90x190, fireplace with insert, stereo, ...), a kitchen, 2 bedrooms, one with 2 bunk beds (4 beds) and the other with 2 beds in 90 (possibility to bring the beds together in a large bed in 180). A bathroom with double sink, washing machine, dryer. Separate toilet. Upstairs (accommodation La Tortue) with terrace balcony. Living room with kitchenette and sitting area TV, sofas, stereo, library, baby equipment), 2 attic bedrooms each with 2 beds in 90 approachable. A bathroom with double sink, drying machine, toilet. Terraces on the ground floor shaded for 10 people and a private for 4 to 6 people. Plancha, Barbecue. Open plan grounds: Secured swimming pool area by a 12x5 gate with unobstructed view of the valley. A bowling alley, table tennis, balaçoire, badminton net. Parking cars.
