The Villa Gaubert is a large contemporary house ideally located 10 minutes from Cahors which comfortably and quietly welcomes a family or group of friends up to 8 people. In a dominant position with a view of the surrounding countryside, we love this house with its beautiful bright and very comfortable rooms, its ultra-equipped kitchen, its quality bedding...and its covered terrace overlooking the swimming pool, which will be your privileged place to share convivial moments. The children will appreciate the playroom or the beautiful wooded park with its petanque court! An essential stopover in the heart of the Cahors vineyards! Away from the village, on a large wooded park, contemporary house with on the ground floor: Entrance hall, dining room and open kitchen opening directly onto the covered terrace and the swimming pool, television room with flat screen TV (Netflix subscription), games room with flat screen TV, sofa, table football, darts, DVD player with loan of DVD, laundry room with refrigerator, washing machine, sink, bathroom with shower cabin, toilet, sink, 2 bedrooms each with a bed 160 and 1 bedroom with 2 beds 90x200, bathroom with shower, whirlpool bath, double sink, separate toilet. Upstairs, bedroom on the mezzanine (open onto the television lounge) with 2 beds 90x200 and an extra pull-out bed for 2 people. Wifi. Private swimming pool with heat pump, secured (9x5x1.50 deep, flat bottom) by an electric shutter. Covered terrace, terrace next to the swimming pool.
