Gîte of 48 m² accessible on one level (disabled access) including a kitchen open to a living/dining room (with a sofa bed), a bedroom with 1 bed 140 and a bathroom. Pellet stove and electric heating. Semi-enclosed land, terrace and enclosed premises. WIRELESS. The cottage is 3 km from the village of Viazac; access to the cottage by a winding road.
