Small renovated farmhouse with direct access to the countryside. Situated between the Lot valley and the land of Lalbenque and truffles. Not far from Cajarc and Saint-Cirq Lapopie. Numerous hiking trails in the surrounding area, including the GR65. Gîte on one level with a built-in kitchen, a living room with sofa, 2 bedrooms (2 beds in 140, shower room with shower and toilet, a storeroom. Outside, small enclosed courtyard with a small stone wall with garden furniture, parasol and barbecue. Small renovated farmhouse with direct access to the countryside.
