Looking for privacy, seclusion, and direct access to Sleeping Giant State Park right from your back yard? Then look no further! Entire Mid Century home centrally located to many great attractions and colleges. Featuring an open floor plan characterized by large glass windows and open space featuring simplicity and an integration with nature. Access to I-91 or Rt15 are both about 1 mile away, with Yale University and Downtown New Haven about a 20 minute drive. Farmington Canal bike trail-.5 miles away from home.

This rare find offers an experience with a little something for everyone. Featuring a private and relaxed setting with lots to offer. Our home has a large open concept ideal for family gatherings with an updated kitchen that has extra seating, and a formal dining area with a large buffet. This space is home to our smart hub which allows you to control the thermostat, wireless entry lock, and listen to your favorite tunes or watch videos.

The large open living room offers direct outdoor views with a 65" Sony Bravia Smart TV perfect for watching your favorite movie, cheering on your favorite team, or playing a game on the PS5. You can also chose to sit out on one of the two outdoor patios and relax as you view a game of soccer or volleyball in the expansive private yard or take a dip in the newly added swim spa, featuring a 6 person hot tub and exercise pool with an outdoor 65 inch TV in the back of the house.

The central spiral staircase leads to the second floor which has 2 bedrooms that include one full bed and one daybed with two twin beds. There is an additional full bath on the second floor with a tub and shower.

The loft above the garage features an ideal quiet space for work, meditation, or just time away from the main house. This space includes an executive desk and chair with an iMac and wireless printer, a 50 inch TV with cable, a queen size blow up bed for additional sleeping, a private deck with a bistro set to relax with a good read, enjoy a drink, or take in the beautiful views from the private 2.4 acre property. This space has a separate hearing and cooling zone to set at your desired temperature ( Please note this space does not include a separate bathroom).

Beautiful Property!

This home is absolutely beautiful. The property manager was amazing to work with. It was so nice when arriving there was already some supplies stocked for us and little treats. The neighborhood is quiet if you’re looking for a nice relaxing stay I would definitely book this house. definitely will rebooking in the future.

Spiral staircase was a surprise and a problem. There were fire pits, but no wood. The grill grate was disgusting and unusable. In general, the outside of the place really needs to be spruced up. Overall, everything was fine otherwise.

Super clean place

Super clean place. The house was immaculate and had a great check in procedure. The spiral staircase is a bit precarious, however the open floor plan is fantastic. The kitchen was well stocked with plenty of room. One of the bedrooms is above the garage so you have to go outside to use the restroom.It was really quiet and a beautiful place.
