Upon entering Tiki Time you will be greeted by the open and spacious living room with dry bar, 65" smart TV and plenty of comfortable seating. Through the living room you come upon the fully stocked kitchen with all high end appliances, plenty of counter space and an island with stools for lounging, snacking and chatting. Through the kitchen is the charming formal dining room with a large dining table spacious enough to seat at least 10 comfortably. Wander out the back door to the beautiful backyard oasis with paver pool deck, heated pool, Tiki bar with outdoor kitchen, chaise loungers, fire pit, corn hole and tropical landscaping. You may never want to leave this oasis, but when you do the white sand beaches of Anna Maria Island are less than 5 miles away!

Retreat to the second floor at night and you will find 4 beautiful bedrooms for a restful night's sleep. The master bedroom features a king bed and smart TV, walk in closet, and attached bathroom with a luxurious shower with multiple shower heads. Another guest bathroom in the hall offers a rain shower head and a large double sink. The closest bedroom to the right is the boat room with a queen size bed a smart TV, and plenty of closet space. Next is the second guest bedroom with a beachy vibe, a desk, a queen size bed and a smart TV. Last but not least you will find another spacious bedroom with two full over full bunk beds which have trundles below for additional sleeping arrangements.

This magnificent home is located on a quiet, dead-end street with many young families. The street leads out to Palma Sola Blvd which follows along the water connecting Manatee Ave and Cortez Rd, the two main roads leading to Anna Maria Island. There are beautiful nearby nature preserves and trails for hiking and access to biking, kayaking and more. Tiki Time is the perfect home base for exploring all of the restaurants, activities, beaches and beauty the Sarasota/Bradenton area has to offer.

*Please note, garage is not available for guests. No more than 4 vehicles allowed.

PET POLICY:

We are DOG FRIENDLY! A fee of $150 + tax is required in advance for each dog you are bringing.

2 pets maximum unless granted an exception. Weight limit of 75 lbs maximum per pet.

Due to property insurance policies and liability concerns NO dangerous breeds or aggressive animals are allowed. The following breeds (purebred or crossbred) are not permitted:

Pit Bull, Akita, Rottweiler, German Shepherd, Siberian Husky, Malamute, Doberman Pinscher, Chows, Any Wolf-dog hybrid, Any other dog that has been known to have bitten anyone

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION

Housekeeping will provide a starter supply of toilet paper, soap, and garbage bags but guests will likely need to replenish the supply during their stay.

Our cleaning fee includes a professional linen service. When you stay with us you can rest assured that you will have high quality linens such as those at a fine hotel. We also provide plenty of luxury bath and beach towels.

Palma Sola is a family community and the city imposes a strict noise ordinance. Please adhere to our good neighbor policy and observe the local quiet hours between 10 pm and 8 am. No loud music or use of the pool is allowed during these hours along with any other noise which may disturb the neighbors.

This home provides off-street parking for up to 4 vehicles.
