Situated away from the village, in a quiet hamlet, the Hâvre de Batié is now home to the owners' house and 2 gites which have been fitted out in the spirit of these old traditional buildings. It is in a discreet, simple and welcoming corner of the countryside, secluded without being isolated, that you will appreciate the gite Papillon. With its access on one level, the living room opens onto a terrace extended by a park that breathes the calm of the beautiful summer days. Fitted out in an old barn renovated and transformed into a sunny, clear and warm house, we like here the equipment and comfort both sober and warm. At the back of the buildings, well integrated into the outdoors, the swimming pool brings pleasant moments of freshness! The whole blends perfectly into the property and reinforces the authenticity of a house full of smiles and as if ready to live in! On a property planted with trees and flowers, completely independent and not overlooked, the gite Papillon has a terrace with garden furniture and barbecue, all on the same level and is composed of a living room with dining area, sitting area, and a fully equipped kitchen area, a bedroom with 2 beds 0.90m, shower and sink, and an independent toilet, a bedroom with a 1.40m bed, and its bathroom with bathtub, washbasin. Electric heating, wifi. Land 1/2 closed. Baby equipment available. Lodging near the house of the owners and the lodging Libellule 46G12647 for 4 people. To share : swimming pool (5x12), portico, playground, ping-pong table.
