In the heart of the Dordogne valley, near the main recognized tourist sites of Midi-Pyrénées, 100 m from the Dordogne river, discover this old house recently renovated in 2013 with 4 bedrooms, a terrace, a an enclosed plot offering a view of the surrounding hills and a swimming pool shared with the owners' guest rooms. Nice place, quiet. Gîte of 170 m², with on the ground floor an equipped kitchen area, a living/dining room, a laundry room, separate WC and a disabled access room (1 bed 1.60 m) with its own shower room communicating. Upstairs, you will find a first bedroom (1 bed 1.60 m), a second (2 beds 0.90 m) and a third (1 bed 1.60 m) and 2 bathrooms with WC. 2 extra beds possible on request. Baby equipment (high chair, cot, deckchair, changing mat). Swimming pool shared with the guest rooms (12x6, closed + alarm), barbecue, parking, terrace and enclosed grounds. Electric heating, VMC double flow. ..The 'Plus': the owner makes model aircraft (initiation). Swimming, fishing and canoeing a few meters away in the Dordogne, with a fitness trail over 2.5 km.
