Once you enter the gated community of 37 condos it`s like stepping into a peaceful oasis.
This home features two private outdoor spaces.
The living room furnishings are all mid century modern. The incredible curved sofa is great to lounge on. Watch your favorite shows on the 50` Samsung Smart TV.

In the second bedroom, you’ll find a comfortable Queen size bed with a 50` Smart TV and a good sized closet. The second bathroom also has a tub/shower combination and is located right across the hall from the bedroom.
Highlights include 2 patios, mid century modern decor and floor to ceiling glass walls throughout. Resort-style amenities include an Olympic sized pool and a hot tub with expansive views of Chino Canyon.

A Little History:
Construction began in 1959 led by builder Paul Trousdale, who also developed the famous Trousdale Estates in Beverly Hills. The landscaped design is by Philip A. Shipley, a landscape architect to celebrities such as Walt Disney, Frank Sinatra and Steven Spielberg.
The Racquet Club Villas West received a prestigious Palm Springs Historic District Designation listing in 2013.
