The house features 4 bedrooms, 4 1/2 bathrooms, office, den with tv, great room, dining area and multiple decks to enjoy the spectacular view. It is an easy walk to popular South Beach or if you have a 4 wheel drive vehicle a quick drive to Norton’s Point.

We also provide kayaks, a stand up paddle board, clamming rakes, and the use of a mooring ball.

Whether it's a walk to the beach or a quick bike ride into town; our property offers a quiet retreat with all the opportunities the island has to offer: beach life, nature walks, running, biking, water sports, shopping, scenic bi-plane rides and so much more!

Dream Katama Bay home!

We’ve been coming to Martha’s Vineyard for over a decade and this is one of the most special houses we’ve ever had a pleasure staying at. We were a group of two families with 5 young kids in total. The house itself is dreamy and everything is completely up to date and very well appointed. The location is… exceptional. We enjoyed the gorgeous backyard every day and loved being able to swim (and clam!) in calm waters of the Bay. Kathleen was very attentive and responsive leading up to our stay. I hope we have the opportunity to stay here again in the future!

Amazing house for family vacation

This home is beautiful and has everything you will need to have a fun and relaxing stay. We had a family of 9 and there was more than enough room for all of us. The yard is beautiful, the interior is impeccably designed and the host is thoughtful and available. I would absolutely stay here again.

An idyllic stay on Martha's Vineyard

Pictures do not do this property justice. In a word- AMAZING! The location is top notch. Right on the water- we enjoyed the paddle boards, kayaks, clamming supplies, frisbee, kadima and wiffle ball on the very large back lawn. We rented a boat and moored it off the back. Outdoor dinners on the deck. The layout was spacious and the decor stunning. The amenities were incredibly generous and thoughtful. Owners available for any questions. Highly recommend renting bikes from town. Great area to run, walk and bike around. Loved it!

Heaven on Katama Bay

What a great stay at Katie’s house on Katama Bay. We loved 🥰 the comfy stylish furniture throughout; the bedding is luxurious and restful; the living room has dramatic views of the bay and the ocean behind it. The premium products in the bathroom was a hit! The kitchen was well stocked and made cooking and food prep easy. The location is choice — easy access to: public bus into town; walk / bike route to Edgartown; and launching kayaks off the backyard is awesome! We’re looking forward to returning for another stay! (It may seem trivial to point out, but we appreciate all the details Katie has in place that made our stay easier: the multi device iPhone charger in the kitchen, the bikes and kayaks and SUP’s in the garage, the hose on the side of the house. It’s great to have fancy and beautiful and luxurious, but practical and useful is helpful when traveling.)
