Beautiful 4 Bedroom House with Private Pool and Private Beach Access

4 bedroom house off of Katama road in Edgartown. Complete with all of the ideal Summertime amenities: our spacious yard, huge deck and beautiful pool area are great ways to have fun in the sun!

In the mood for beach day? Our neighborhood has it's own PRIVATE beach and dock. Perfect for a private family beach day, fishing and swimming in Katama Bay. We're also approximately 1.5 miles from south beach.

Downtown Edgartown is within walking and Biking distance as well.

Our Neighborhood, Down Harbor, is on the Bike Path, and nestled perfectly between downtown Edgartown and South Beach.

City Slickers Island Oasis

We can’t stop raving about this property. Super quaint, older home with such wonderful character. Great for large families or friends to get together to relax. Great for kids of all ages also! Property manager is super responsive answering questions about the home or giving great food & sight seeing recommendations! We will be back!

Backyard Oasis and great beach acccess

The property was a great spot for a family get away. The home was clean and well equipped with everything we needed for a laid back week on the Vineyard. The backyard is a beautiful oasis with a big yard, deck and beautiful outdoor kitchen and entertaining area. The pool provided a great refuge from the heat after beach days. The private neighborhood beach was a nice surprise to break away from the crowds of South beach. With a dock for the kids to jump off and catch fish. We highly recommend the property and will return in future summers.

Perfect Location and backyard

Our kids had a blast in the pool and at the beach which is down the road. The outdoor kitchen was amazing and fully equipped with grill, fridge, tv and faucet.
