About this property
Stylish 3 bedroom at brand new Espelho das Aguas!
We are expats living Santiago, Chile, for the last 6 years. In 2019 we decided to do a semester abroad as a whole family in Brazil (being that I was born there). We loved Florianopolis so much that we acquired this beautiful condo. Ingleses, the neighborhood, is a quaint beach town. Great beaches for surfing, relaxing and sand boarding. The locals are wonderful people, and restaurants serve fantastic fresh seafood!!! The condo comfortably sleeps 8 people. It has a modern kitchen with a espresso machine, balcony with a grill and two balconies with hammocks. It is located in the main building where you find the gym, hot pool, infinity pool, game room and main elevator that takes you directly to the main street. Cross the road, few steps and you at the beach!
