As advertised

This was a safe and clean place to stay. We walked everywhere, so easy to get around. The property has shared common space as advertised and only improvement we could suggest is to provide more comfortable chairs inside the unit to sit back and read books in the evening. Great place for single or couples.

Great place not too far from beach for remote work

Great place and exactly as pictured in the photos. The apartment is brand new, clean, and well-equipped with everything you need. There is a small bakery (where you can also get coffee) and a convenience store right around the corner. Larger supermarkets are an easy 7min walk away, the beach 10min. I stayed in Samara for a month to work remotely, and the internet was great. I had no issues with video calls. Gustavo, the property manager, was very helpful and responded quickly to any queries. All in all, great stay!
