Very private spacious 1 bedroom 1 bathroom apartment with full kitchen 2 blocks from the beach, restaurants and bars of Playa Samara . Very close to the International language school. Also, has an outdoor shower for rinsing off after the beach. Very secure with locked gate access to apartment.
Air conditioning available. Large eastern king bed. Wireless internet access.
Easy access to 2 convenience markets. Most all of the good restaurants are within walking distance. If you like easy access to everything Samara has to offer but but also private and secure, this is the place for you!

This property is a wonderful place to stay. Very comfortable and perfect location. Right in the middle of town but very private. The apartment is very well equipped. We really enjoyed our stay.

Walk to the beach and restaurants

Casa Rosa is in the perfect location in Samara. It's close to the bank, supermarket and many restaurants. It's wonderful to watch hummingbirds visit the flowers right outside the windoelws.

We loved our stay here, the location is perfect to get around Samara and to the beach so quick. The bed is comfortable and bedroom quiet, we slept perfectly. Definitely recommend !

Bedroom, Kitchen and Patio - Just Perfect

This was our second stay. It was the perfect get a way for winter weary travelers. While it is right in town, close to everything, it is off the main drag, making it quiet and peaceful. It is a very comfortable space, with a large bed, well equipped kitchen and a patio just perfect for morning coffee or an afternoon drink.

Such a lovely ground floor apartment with all sorts of beautiful corners and decor. Close to the beach, restaurants and markets. But best was the managing agent who fixed my problems quickly -- weak WiFi and only in one room, not-cotton sheets (I'm allergic to polyester), and a leaking a/c.

Great spot two blocks from the beach, grocery store two doors down. The only thing they need to improve on is the condition of the shower, pretty beat up but works. Kitchen is fully stocked. The noise of Main Street with motor cycles and quads racing by is a problem the town needs to fix, but we enjoyed our stay. Would stay again.

Big Disappointment

Kind welcome by the owners but unfortunately the apartment was not clean (mainly the dishes) and it was smaller than suggested by the online pictures. Misleading picture about the closeness to the beach.
