In the commune of Suze-la-Rousse, the Cocoonr/Book&Pay agency offers this charming 75 m² air-conditioned apartment with swimming pool, which can accommodate up to 6 guests. Located on the first floor, it comprises an attractive 35 m² living room, a fully-equipped kitchen, three bedrooms and a bathroom (with shower). Wi-Fi included, we're waiting for you !

First floor :

- A dining room
- A fully-equipped kitchen with electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob...
On the first floor
- Bedroom 1: with double bed (140×190)
- Bedroom 2: with double bed (140×190)
- Bedroom 3: with two simple beds
- Bathroom with shower
- Separate WC
For even greater comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: washing machine, plancha, fan, ironing board and iron.
Exterior :
- A shared, unheated swimming pool (3 x 10m), open from May to October and equipped with a safety alarm.
All child bathing and supervision is the responsibility of a parent.
Opening dates are not binding and subject to weather conditions.
- A 30 m² terrace with furniture for sunny days
The apartment is ideally located in Suze-la-Rousse, in a very pleasant environment. You'll benefit from proximity to all essential shops, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, market...
We also offer the neighbouring property, Le Mas des Aracil 1, for rent.
Transport :
If you choose to come by car, you can park directly in the apartment's private parking lot, which can accommodate up to 3 cars.
For other modes of transport, here's some information you may find useful:
- Nearest train station: Gare Orange and Gare Bollene are about 30 minutes away by car.
- Nearest airport: Avignon Provence airport, about 46 min by car
