The home was extremely clean, well maintained and furnished. We enjoyed its location to local historical sites and villages.
Thanks Rose for your excellent comunication!
This is a great location. Very quiet and clean. The trails across the street were awesome! The place was secure for our two dogs. We would love to come back here for our future family gatherings!
Thank you, Rose! ☀️
We stayed on our way to Colorado from Texas and the place was perfect for our needs. Very clean and comfortable. We had a problem with the cooling unit making a loud screeching noise and the owner came right away and took care of the issue. She was friendly and made sure we had everything we needed.
The house was just as pictured. Very clean and very comfortable. It’s a bit remote but we were okay with the quiet neighborhood. Kitchen was well stocked with dishes, pots, pans and utensils. There was coffee and lots of spices. All in all a great stop for us as we road trip thru New Mexico.
This property was clean, had all the amenities my group of four needed for the weekend, and was in a quiet neighborhood. The listing wasn’t entirely accurate, as it advertised a hot tub but didn’t have one, but no big deal. It was otherwise accurate and had a very nice patio area. We weren’t able to obtain check-in information until a few hours before our check-in time and got the information later than expected, but were able to check in with no issues. Overall we had a nice stay.
Rosa was quick with her responses to the situations that happened. We stayed during monsoon season so there was a power outage for a short time. She brought candles for all the rooms. This property might be new to vrbo. They will have an above ground pool soon so that will be great for the next guest. If we come back to New Mexico we will stay again.

Thank you for your comment, in fact we try to make your experience the best, but we also know that things will come, that we cannot control in our hands, but we can try to accommodate the situation.
Wonderful location nice home. With couple of Improvements would be a all star property
Mostly covered in the title. The property was supposed to be air conditioned was not had a heat pump that worked great at night. Got a little warm in the day for me and my wife given we are very hot natured. Ice maker worked but bottom was busted so dumped into a pan and a bottom drawer. No instructions on how to light the stove. Didn't use it or might have figured it out. Most everything else that was broken was marked. Got off on wrong foot with owner because of the AC. Was late and we were hot and tired and I had a migraine. Overall if the listing and instructions were updated and correct would definitely rent again. Probably much better than this sounds Rosa seems like she is trying hard hope others give her a chance. She told me she was going to update listing and instructions.
We loved the location with great hiking and beautiful views within short walking distance. Short drive to town. Convenient access to all northern NM areas we came to explore. House is spotless, and had everything we needed.
We had a very enjoyable stay at this property. The inside was very clean and livable. Kitchen is very well stocked with equipment, spices, and utensils. Beds and bedding very comfortable. Our only complaint is that the outside of the home could use some clean up. The neighbors were very friendly. The host was very helpful and quick to answer questions.
Everything was good. Though we were only three people, one bathroom was the problem. It was very tiny. I am not sure how the property can accommodate 8 people as advertised in one bathroom. Otherwise, everything was wonderful.
