The cottage is a former village school in Noiseux, which has been completely renovated and rebuilt, while retaining the original charm of the house. The village of Noiseux is located 50 km south of Liege and 10 km south of Durbuy, the smallest town in the world. The charming accommodation is located on the outskirts of the village and is an ideal place for family celebrations. You can enjoy in this very varied landscape a wonderful view of the valley of the Ourthe, which meanders through the fields with unexpectedly beautiful views of the Ardennes. The 1001 Nights caves in Hotton offer yet another special extra in this area. The village itself is nice and quiet and you will find a supermarket and a restaurant. There is plenty of parking in front of and next to the house. The property is fenced, the fencing consists of wire mesh fence and beech hedge, the height is at least 120 cm. The cottage also has a wonderful wellness area. This house is mainly intended for families. However, other groups can be accepted with the consent of the owner and with a possible increase in the deposit. Groups of people under 30 years are generally not allowed.
