Family Beach Retreat

Our extended family had a wonderful stay at Bob's family's adorable beach house by Long Sands. Everyday we pulled our daughter in the wagon a quick walk up the street to the beach for hours of fun. Bob--and his absolutely lovely neighbors!--were kind enough to let us use the backyard for our daughter's 3-year-old birthday party. The space was perfect for the small gathering; everyone had a really nice time. The house is quite clean while maintaining a comfy and homey feel that immediately made everyone feel right at home. Ceiling fans in all the bedrooms ensure everyone was comfortable, and the layout of the place is great. There's essentially two living spaces, which was great for hanging out after the kids go to sleep, or for kids and adults to have separate hang out spots. We couldn't get enough of the plentiful peek-a-boo views of the ocean. Personally, it brought back so many fond memories of growing up by the beach. It was a really special weekend and I can't wait to return. Thank you so much, Bob, for sharing your special home with our family!

Great location, quiet neighborhood

We had a great time in York. The house had plenty of room to spread out and is close to everything. Bob was very accommodating. We would definitely stay there again.

Excellent Getaway

We had an amazing time at “Over 60 Years of Making Memories!” Bob was an excellent host and we had everything we needed for our stay! The house was clean and close to everything. We absolutely loved York and would definitely come back!!
