Washing machine available in the owners' laundry room. Outside: Private parking, private and covered terrace of 50 m², courtyard shared with the owners. Only 1 small animal accepted (paid service). Successful and optimized layout for this annex, completely renovated, adjoining the home of the owners, retirees, who previously operated their restaurant business on site. Very welcoming and discreet, they will inform you about all the curiosities not to be missed! Starting with Lamballe, a pretty city of Art and History which owes its notoriety to its famous National Stud Farm, accessible from the city center and its Mathurin Méheust Museum. You are also close to the beaches of the Côte de Penthièvre: Cotentin beach in Planguenoua (23 km), superb Val André beach, charming and famous seaside resort with its sea wall suitable for walks, its shops, its casino, its thalassotherapy center ( 26 km). Erquy fishing and marina port 32 km away, Le Cap Fréhel 42 km away. 45 km from Dinan, 80 km from St-Malo. Pleasant and comfortable little gîte, in the heart of a pretty rural town, very close to shops and 9 km from Lamballe.
