Pistes d'amélioration à trouver

On sent une réelle volonté de bien faire. Un gros bémol, la salle de bain, clairement à revoir dans son ensemble. (bac à douche, rideau, lavabo). La partie "dehors" est aussi à aménager pour garantir une meilleure intimité, en délimitant l'accès à l'habitation et en rendant certains espaces utilisables car là c'est un peu "bancal" côté terrain pour positionner une table par ex au soleil. (moins de présence et de bricolage peut-être aussi de la part du propriétaire quand le gite est occupé ?).
