Located in an oceanfront resort with one swimming pool. The condo is conveniently located close to historic downtown St. Augustine. It's the perfect resort to start enjoying your vacation, anytime of the year!

Get away from the crowds and relax in the fresh air and freedom of Tradewinds, located on magnificent Crescent Beach. Listen to the soothing sounds of the Atlantic Ocean and enjoy romantic sunset views from the Inter-coastal waterway. “Cielo Mio” (my heaven) is a first floor, end unit condo, offering a traditional “Spanish” theme to make you feel you are vacationing close to the historical town of St. Augustine (only 20 minutes drive away) It offers a partial sea view from the patio, with comfortable seating and tables for outdoor dining. A BBQ area is provided at the poolside or enjoy an outdoor meal on the picnic tables, overlooking the Intra-coastal, on the western side of the complex. Several local restaurants are nearby. It has a well equipped kitchen including a large refrigerator, dish washer, coffee machine, electric kettle, toaster, and breakfast bar (with an enjoyable view of the Intra-coastal from the window). Spacious walk-in shower in bathroom, dressing room with clothes DRYER in cupboard, towels, ample bedding, iron and ironing board and two hair dryers. Delightful master bedroom with partial sea view and king size bed. Spacious lounge colorful Tiffany lamp, queen size pull-out bed, ample seating area (3 couches) and dining area with exotic “Morrocan” ceiling lamp over table. Two ceiling fans and T.V.’s in lounge and bedroom, dehumidifier, safe in kitchen cupboard, and 6 beach chairs in utility room. Can accommodate up to 4 people! Paradise awaits you!

A great stay

We had a great stay. The place was clean and exactly as it looks in the pics. Our microwave went out and i called in to the office and they brought out a brand new one. They even supplied beach chairs for us. Out the back-door and over the dune to the beach every day. Relaxing in the pool at night. It was great. Stores and restaurants right down the road. Office people were all super friendly. We will go back asap.

Musty/Moldy smell made both our 3 year old and husband sick

Booked this place for 7 days, but moved out the second day. The place smells very musty and moldy - who would put carpets all around in a ground level condo? We checked in after 5pm and the AC was set at 78. It smelled but we thought it would be better if we turn the temp down… went out for dinner and when came back, no improvement. My 3 yo daughter coughed for more than an hour starting mid night and had multiple vomitings due to the smell of the place. Husband started the cough too… What a nightmare… Emailed the property manager at 6:40am and called Vrbo right after. We moved out the same day. I am still waiting for the refund to be processed as Vrbo guaranteed. Our vacation was totally ruined.

Nice location, older condo poor upkeep not all it says it is

The location was nice and beautiful on the beach but the condo had multiple maintenance issues. The fridge our first 3 days out of 5 was broken and not cold enough to have food in. It took 3 days of back and forth with management to actually have it fixed. Stove burner broke, king size bed had messed up leg of bed and bad matress, can opener broke, not enough dishsoap or trash bags for stay, the beach chairs they had were broken and rusted. The condo was clean and pretty but major appliances and furniture were not maintained. They advertise smoking but it's all non-smoking.
