This sunny 2nd floor unit has bright contemporary furnishings with a southern exposure on the balcony for pleasant morning coffee or late afternoon cocktails year round. Bring your laptop, tablet, or other devices and connect to the internet with our WiFi access.

The family chef will be delighted with the fully stocked kitchen featuring a glass cooktop stove, microwave, and large array of handy small appliances. Don't feel like cooking indoors? Head down to the large pool area for a refreshing swim and throw some local shrimp and fresh fish on the gas bar-b-q. Back upstairs you'll enjoy your mixed grill at our six seat dining table or the cozy café table on the screened balcony. After dinner walk a short way down to the dock on the river and enjoy a spectacular Florida sunset. Or play a few games of tennis on one of the two lighted courts.

The unit sleeps six comfortably with a new pillow top king bed in the master, convenient twins in the 2nd bedroom, plus a queen sleeper. Two full baths, one with a tub/shower are in the unit.

For your fun times historic St. Augustine is only a 15 minute drive with it's myriad of attractions for the whole family. If the outdoors is your thing there are three state parks, four golf courses, and Marineland only minutes away! Excellent restaurants, shopping, the library, post office, and Publix are also close at hand. Beautiful Crescent Beach with it's white powdery sand is just a short walk or if you prefer drive your 4 wheel drive vehicle right onto the sand and you're ready for a swim, sand castle building, or top notch surfing.
