Nespresso-Coffee-Machine. Living/dining room with a fold away bed for 1 person, a fire place and a balcony facing south-west. Satellite TV with video. No telephone. Shower/toilet/sink. One double bedroom. One bedroom with two single beds. Bath/toilet/sink/bidet. New and comfortable furnishing. Garage. Shared bike room and ski room. Animals are allowed.

HOUSE DESCRIPTION

Chesa Polaschin E is one of several recently built Engadine houses at the entrance of the village Sils Maria. Cross-country skiing runs are near the building. The Furtschellas cableway is reachable within 10 minutes by foot or even faster by bus. The bus stop is 50m away. Busses run every half hour in all directions. There are hiking trails in the surrounding area.

We were impressed with the prompt, friendly and very helpful communication from Loga, and were delighted when they offered to bring the keys to us at the station, saving us a bus journey. Everything went very smoothly. Lots of useful information about the area was provided to us. We loved the apartment! It is extremely comfortable, quiet, nicely decorated and extremely well-equipped. As friends on holiday together it suited us perfectly, with a bedroom and bathroom each. Cooking in the kitchen was a pleasure, we used the ski room downstairs and the local supermarket less than 5 minutes away on foot.

Empfang und Schlüsselübergabe haben sehr gut geklappt und die Bedienung war sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Der Wohnbereich ist ein Schlauch begrenzt durch eine schmale Fensterfront. Das war aber gar kein Problem, weil wir die ganze Woche sehr schönes Wetter hatten. Aber eine Woche mit Schlechtwetter in dieser Wohnung könnte einem wohl aufs Gemüt schlagen, weil man immer Licht einschalten muss. Die Wohnung ist dafür aber super gelegen, 2 Minuten vom Volg und zu Fuss 10 Minuten bis zur Talstation. Eigentlich perfekt!

Unser Aufenthalt wurde durch starken Baulärm in einer Wohnung in der gleichen Liegenschaft beeinträchtigt. LOGA, Frau Giovanoli hat unsere Beschwerde von Anfang an ernst genommen und uns Alternativen angeboten. Nach vier Tagen konnten wir in eine andere Wohnung ziehen. Für dieses unkomplizierte Entgegenkommen sind wir sehr dankbar. Wäre der Baulärm nicht gewesen, hätten wir uns in dieser Wohnung sehr wohl gefühlt. Sie ist sehr gut und zweckmässig eingerichtet. Alles ist vorhanden und die Lage war für unsere Bedürfnisse optimal. Die unmittelbare Nähe zum Volg und zu den Wanderwegen haben wir sehr geschätzt.

Eher etwas dunkel, da nicht viele Fenster. Ein zusätzlicher Putzlappen wäre kein Luxus, aber das ist nur eine klitzekleine Kritik.

Die Wohnung ist für uns ideal gelegen. Sie ist überaus praktisch, aber auch freundlich und mit Geschmack eingerichtet. Auch der Abstellplatz für das Auto in der Tiefgarage ist ein Pluspunkt, ebenso die Möglichkeit, unseren Hund dabei zu haben.
