Excellentes vacances

Hans nous a remarquablement bien accueillis dans sa très spacieuse maison. Tout est bien entretenu; la piscine est très agréable. Les enfants ont beaucoup aimé leur séjour. La plage et les commodités sont à quelques minutes de voiture. Aucun point négatif n'est à mettre en évidence sauf à rappeler un très léger bruit de fond de l'autoroute mais qui ne nous a pas gênés. L'annonce est conforme en tout point à la réalité! bravo Hans!

Un endroit parfait

L'emplacement de la maison se trouve dans un lotissement de standing plutôt isolé et autour du golf. Les alentours sont plutôt calme.(pas de chiens qui aboient toute la soirée ...) Un point de départ idéal pour visiter les environs et l'accès au bord de mer. l'architecture de la maison fait son effet dès l'entrée ! tout été nickel et propre à notre arrivée. le propriétaire a été très disponible pour résoudre les petits soucis. La piscine est super et la terasse très confortable. Nous avons passé un excellent séjour. Le rapport qualité/prix est juste pour ce type de location. les quelques points qui pourraient être améliorés,comme suggéré dans d'autre commentaires, il pourrait y avoir un peu plus d'équipement dans la cuisine. (une planche à découper pour le barbecue, une grande fourchette, une pince, un tire bouchon et des couteaux à steak...) sinon le nécessaire est là casseroles, poeles, boites en plastiques, couvert, des couteaux de cuisine qui coupe avec de quoi affuter ! ...). Pas mal de moustiques par rapport à la suite de notre sejour, les points d'eau stagnante pourraient être traités. La climatisation est agréable et silencieuse bien qu'on ait du mal à avoir moins de 26°C dans les chambres, cela reste bien mieux de mon point de vue que d'avoir un gros bloc de climatisation au dessus de la tête qui envoi de l'air à 10°C et qui fait du bruit ! toutefois un ou deux degrés de moins auraient été parfait ... les mitigeurs des douches devraient être révisés ou remplacés.

Ganz toller Urlaub

Wir hatten einen ganz tollen Urlaub in dem Haus. Das Objekt ist ausgezeichnet ausgestattet und hat unsere Erwartungen mehr als erfüllt. Die Vermieter sind sehr nett, zuvorkommend und hilfsbereit. Wir würden jeder Zeit wiederkommen 😃

Wunderschöner Familienurlaub

Herrlicher Ort für einen entspannten Familienurlaub. Die Villa lässt keine Wünsche offen, toller Pool und insgesamt gut ausgestattet und sehr geräumig. Der Vermieter ist unkompliziert und sehr freundlich. Fazit: sehr empfehlenswert!
