If the propane tank runs out, it must be refilled by the guest. * When leaving the house, keep the air conditioning between 74 to 76 F. * If you use the grill, always turn off the propane after use. * Keep the pool area door closed at all times. * Whenever you leave the house, make sure the doors are closed. CHECK OUT Instructions: * Collect all rubbish in bags and put it in the main bin outside. * Place used towels in the laundry basket. * Place all used dishes in the dishwasher. Vacation time

Beautifully Decorated

My family & I really enjoyed our stay at this home. It is beautifully decorated. We enjoyed the swimming pool. The owner supplied beach towels & swim accessories. The homeowner was available to answer questions. The home is located in a secure, gated community. And there are stores & restaurants nearby. We will definitely rent this home again in the future. ~ The Newkirks

Great house close to Disney

Our family stayed for a week while we visited Disney. It was the perfect location and only 15-20 minutes away from the parks. We were able to take aa afternoon swim break at the house and then head back to the parks. The house had everything we needed. Beds were all comfortable and we had plenty of room. Chris was very quick to answer and questions we had. We will definitely stay here again for our next Disney trip!

Review

We rented for a week getaway and spent one day at Disney, but mostly just lounged by the pool. The amenities and location are great! Our kids enjoyed the park and splash pad. The house was nicely decorated and the property manager was very responsive and helpful!
