Place was perfect. Nice, clean, easy access. Will stay again. Only reason I took a star off was because the pool was not on when we arrived ( it was turned on, but the breaker tripped inside the house) once we flipped the breaker pool heated the next day.

We got there and checked the place out it was clean we got to the back yard and i tried out the hot tub it wasnt hot but that was fine other than that it was a good time its close to all the parks thats the main thing we wanted

Great stay. Close to food and Disney. Walmart was close by. Clean as advertised. Good communication with owner, very quick to respond. My only complaint was not knowing the fee for heating the pool in advance. Didn’t mind paying the $140 fee. Just didn’t know about it till I booked the stay.

An Amazing Off-Property Experience!

We’ve been to the Disney parks a lot over the past 2 years, yet this was our first time staying off-property. We LOVED it! Our kids practically lived in the pool and jumped in there every chance they got. While the decor is a bit dated, it had everything we needed (laundry detergent, dishwasher pods, paper towel/toilet paper rolls). There was far more space than our family even needed. This place could easily sleep 8+ people. Despite being surrounded by lots of other homes, the location was quiet and felt private, I think largely due to the fact that it’s a gated community. Thank you to our host!

Very nice, close to parks, gated community.

We had booked this property for our 2022/23 Disney family vacation. #1- this property is in a nice section of Four Corners, and just minutes from all parks and attractions. #2, the heated spa and pool was worth the extra money to heat it for the winter. Everyone loved being able to swim at the house. The nature trails, clubhouse, and mini golf kept the kids busy when not in the parks. Plenty of close shopping and stores to check out on the main road, and lots of food options. Cons: we had a couple night of noisy neighbors that didn’t comply with quiet hours after midnight, and New Year’s parties were heard well into 2am. Most people we encountered were awesome and very respectful. Traffic is backed up daily on all major roads- plan extra time to get to and from the parks. Some tiny ants showed up a day into the vacation but it is Florida, so we kept the kitchen clean and counters wiped and dry through our stay. All together I recommend this location and would rent again. 4/5 stars.

Overall the property was very good and our stay was great. My kids enjoyed it very much. The hosts were very responsive and friendly. My only small suggestion is the couches and swimming pool chairs need upgrade. Other than that excellent place with friendly hosts and I will definitely book here in the future.

Nice stay and calm neighborhood

Everything in the house was good but we were surprised on few things. When we entered the house, the AC was turned off ( by mistake) and when I contact the management , they only responded the next day morning. We had to sleep at 80 degree F. The other issue in the house was , it was mentioned that only essential items are provided but I have never been any house where body wash and shampoo are not considered essentials. there were 3 bathrooms and only 2 small pieces of soap were provided to be for 4 days among 5 people. In the kitchen, it was mentioned some spices will be provided but except the coffee filter , we did not find anything in the house.

Very pleased with location and place, a very safe and clean community.When we first entered the home, there was a musty smell and only improved somewhat during our stay. There are some deficiencies with housekeeping/maintenance, example: broken lounge chair and holes in the pool screen, also there was some grease dripping from the fans above the stove, furnishings are dated.

Why they chose this property

Emerald Island is a very attractive gated resort It is just 5 minutes away from Disney World's main gate, 15 minutes from Sea World and Universal Studios, plus you can also discover the many nearby Gulf and Atlantic costal attractions (e.g. Busch Gardens; Kennedy Space Center, and a wide variety of other recreational activities, such as golfing and fishing). For those who love to shop, the house is just 10 minutes away from many great outlet malls. Additionally, there is a large plaza offering many restaurants, various shops and a 24hr grocery store, located in the corner of 192.

What makes this property unique

The close proximity to the Disney World theme parks makes it very practical. You can go to the parks as soon as they open, and then as the crowd begins to grow (and temperatures go up), you can go back home, which is only 10 minutes away, and enjoy the pool, have a regular lunch (which is far much cheaper) and maybe even a nap! Then as the daytime crowd begins to fade, return to the parks (reenter is free) and see the parade, action, and fireworks in the cool of the evening!
