Huus Asgard is located directly on the sea, directly on the Baltic Sea coast and only a few meters from the natural bathing beach. The population of the two districts Nieby and Falshöft is currently about 250 people. A perfect place for everyone looking for peace and relaxation. Sports enthusiasts such as anglers, cyclists, golfers, sailors and surfers get their money's worth here and the area and the whole region also have a lot to offer for nature lovers:
You can easily walk to the Geltinger Birk nature reserve and the modern NABU information center, which is exactly opposite Huus Asgard. In the natural Birk you will find interesting special features from fauna and flora. Wild horses (Koniks) and Longhorns were settled here and live in the wild. Whale watching: porpoises are often spotted on the coast just outside the houses.
Important museums such as Gottorf Castle and Haithabu in Schleswig are within a 50 km radius. The old captain's quarter (Holm) invites you to linger. Flensburg and the small, cozy harbor town of Eckernförde offer you more culture, with an attractive, well-preserved old town, a beautiful beach all the way into town, the torpedo test station, the seawater wave pool and a pretty spa park invite you to linger.
