About this property

Park City Adventure Haven

If you are looking to cozy up with loved ones in modern digs, but crave inspiring design and a homey feel, you will love this spacious and detailed townhome retreat! Our home is professionally decorated with an eye for detail and an appreciation for a rustic charm that guests say really makes the difference in the quality of their stay.

Our place is perfect for groups of adults or multiple families with children and sleeps up to 10. We are located 10 minutes East of Park City, close to Jordanelle Reservoir.

4 bedrooms, 5 beds, 3.5 baths, a full kitchen and dining area and a spacious living room. Guests have loads of options for sleeping including a queen-size sofa-sleeper. There are plenty of places to relax to connect with loved ones or take some quiet time after a day out on the slopes.
The top-floor hosts the Master bedroom with a plush king-sized bed, electric fireplace, and en-suite bathroom with a large walk-in tiled shower, perfect for guests looking for a bit of luxury and sophistication. On the top floor is also a second bedroom with a queen-sized bed featuring an earthy decor with natural textiles, and a third bedroom with two twin beds. Down the hall is a full bathroom with deep soaking tub.
The main floor living room is the heart of the house, with tons of natural light, indulgent sofas, an electric fireplace heater, and a TV with Roku and a soundbar! There is plenty of space here to gather 'round and the couch opens out into a queen-sized sleeper sofa to sleep additional guests comfortably. The main floor also has a half-bath for added convenience.
Next to the living room is a modern kitchen and dining room with exposed beams, suspended lighting, and a convenient coffee nook (essential!). The dining room opens up onto an outdoor patio for taking in morning coffees with a side of crisp mountain air or for grilling up some dinner with sunset views. Guests rave about how stocked our kitchen is, but we know that making meals with loved ones is half the joy of being together and so we've taken an extra effort to make sure you and yours have every tool and modern appliance you need to make merry without compromise, including a waffle maker, instant pot, rice cooker, and griddle.
Below the main area, the ground floor level has a full bedroom with a king-sized mattress and an en-suite bathroom with a walk-in tiled shower. This suite is perfect for guests looking for a bit of extra privacy or for guests with mobility issues who are looking to avoid the top floor.

Overall, we've tried to create a comfortable and welcoming space that allows for beautiful moments to unfold. Our beds are wonderfully soft and we've added touches throughout the house that we hope ease your mind and soothe your soul. We offer every modern amenity, including fast WIFI, air conditioning, a washer and dryer, heater, and dishwasher. Kids (and kids at heart!) will appreciate the large stock of games and puzzles and the playground out back. The two-car garage is a perfect space to take off the day's skiing gear or head out onto the bike path in front of the house that leads right into town or to the Jordenelle Reservoir.
We hope you enjoy your stay and let the beauty of our place and the area inspire you!

Hello! My name is Kristina and I’m so glad you’re considering our beautiful, designer townhome for your next visit to the Park City area.
My family and I are local to the area and one of the things we love best is the almost endless year-round outdoor recreation activities. In the summertime, you can often find us hitting the trails for a hike, or a fun & challenging mountain bike ride. We also take advantage of the great golf courses to hit the links.
In the wintertime, we’re all about downhill and cross-country skiing. And of course, enjoying a yummy hot chocolate and snack at one of our favorite shops on Main St. when we’re done.
We love our home state and always look forward to sharing it with others. We hope that’s you!
