EXCLUSIVELY FOR FAMILIES. NO BOOKINGS FOR GROUPS OF YOUNG PEOPLE OR BACHELOR/BACHELORETTE PARTIES. Located in the Rosa de los Vientos promenade area, near the port and about 400 meters from the beach. Three-bedroom apartment with two bathrooms (both with bathtubs), a fully equipped independent kitchen, and a living room with access to the terrace. Southeast facing. The price includes bed linens, kitchen towels, and hand towels (bath towels not included). The complex has a swimming pool. Pets are NOT allowed. Parking space available on the premises. Parties and any other activities that violate the Neighborhood Code of Conduct are NOT permitted.
Optional services payable on-site and booked before arrival:
- Cot: €20 per stay
- Pet supplement: €30 per stay
