Concernant votre arrivée, je pense qu'il s'agit d'un quiproquo. La plage d'arrivée est comprise en 16h et 19h, car il se peut que la personne en charge ne soit pas disponible dès 16h.
C'est pour cela que nos messages préalables conseillent de prendre RDV avant le jour de l'arrivée.
