Nice apartment in Pelm with WiFi

Enjoy a carefree vacation in the Eifel with your family or friends. This beautiful vacation home is located just a stone's throw from the Kasselburg and not far from the popular town of Gerolstein.



The restored vacation property has a bedroom and a children's room on the first floor. In the entrance area there is a fireplace. On the second floor you will find the other bedrooms, bathroom, living room and spacious kitchen. The kitchen is fully equipped, also a Senseo coffee machine is available here (please bring your own pads). Next to the object is a lockable room where you can store bicycles. Here is also the washing machine and dryer.



Directly at the object is your garden, here you can enjoy the sun and relax. There is also a barbecue area.



The vacation home is located in the center of Pelm. You can visit the cities of Trier, Koblenz and Cochem on the Moselle from here. Directly from the apartment you can make beautiful walks. In Gerolstein there is a swimming pool, a climbing park and several restaurants.



Please note that: Bed linen and towels are not included in the room rate in 2025; guests can rent them at the property for an additional charge of EUR 7.00 per person, or bring their own. Consumption costs are included in the room rate. Up to two pets are allowed.

We hebben een heerlijk verblijf gehad samen met onze drie kinderen.

We hebben een heerlijk verblijf gehad samen met onze drie kinderen. Een ruim huisje, alles aanwezig. De bedden lagen heerlijk. Het is geen luxe huisje maar dat paste juist bij ons. De speeltuin vlakbij was heel fijn en leuk. Daarnaast de ideale plek om alle kanten op te kunnen! We hebben heel veel bezocht binnen 20 minuten reisafstand. Pelm is verder een rustig dorpje. Er is aandacht voor gemak doordat de basis al aanwezig was door de beheerders. Denk aan vaatwastabletten, kruiden, handzeep etc.

Nicht noch einmal...nicht zu empfehlen...

Sehr unkompetentes unternehmen. Habe tagelang auf Antworten warten müssen. Habe stornieren wollen, wurde nicht akzeptiert, obwohl ich es direkt nach der Buchung gemacht habe. Es wurden direkt Mahnung gesendet. Nach sehr langem schreiben wurde es erst dann doch angenommen zu stornieren und dann wieder abgelehnt und Mahnungen gesendet... Zum schluss war leider nicht bekannt, ob ich die Unterkunft jetzt gebucht habe oder nicht, das es auch keine Papiere oder online ansichten darüber gab. Als wir angekommen waren, höfflicher und sympathischer empfang. Unterkunft sehr unhygienisch, sehr dreckig. Wir mussten alles abwaschen, damit wir es benutzen konnten... Betten waren komplett durchgelegen, es taten alle knochen danach sehr weh... Badezimmer viele haare, sah aus, als sei es schon lange nicht mehr gereinigt wurde. Es war überhaupt nicht schön und wir waren froh, als wieder nach hause konnten.. Hygiene ist anders...nicht nocheinmal...!!!

Large but cosy house, great area

The house has many rooms and provides you with everything you need. Still, it is a cosy place. The area is great for (mountain)biking. Contact with the owner was pleasant, very friendly and helpful. Won't hesitate to come back here.

Excellent - highly recommend this property to anyone

We have stayed in this property for several weeks and have absolutely loved the accommodation and locatio, plus the hosts are really lovely and kind people with fast communication - perfect hosts. The acccommodation is clean, spacious and had everything we needed including a nice big kitchen, we could not ask for more. We loved all the nature walks that we could do around Pelm - there are so many beautiful walks and hiking trails. We also loved that Gerolstein is a 5-minute drive away and had everything we needed for groceries, shopping etc. We read a 1-star review on this accommodation complaining about the noise - we are so glad that we ignored it!!!! The noise is no different to any other house that is next to a road in a village. I highly recommend this accommodation to anyone coming to the Vulkaneifel for work or holidays.
