It has a large garden, a pond and adjoining woodland. A sun terrace offers spectacular views over the valley. The centre of Pany, with its shops and Bus stop, is a 20-minute walk away. The swimming pool is a 5-minute walk away; when snow conditions are good, you can ski to and from the ski lift. Solar panels supplement the oil heating and a Swedish stove provides cosy warmth in winter. Wi-Fi connection available. There is parking for two cars in front of the chalet.
Long-stay discounts available for stays of 2 weeks or more (negotiable). Bus stop "Pany, Hadereggstrasse" 0.4 km, railway station "Küblis" 2.1 km, ferry "Walenstadt (See)" 41.4 km.

Open, well-equipped kitchen with counter and with standard equipment incl. dishwasher. Upper floor: 4 bedrooms each with two single beds (one with a bunk bed) and a small toilet. Basement: workbench and store for sports equipment.
