This beautifully appointed San Remo model on the golf course boasts a panoramic view of the mountains from the large patio that overlooks the golf course and a lake. It is spacious, beautifully decorated and equipped with top of the line appliances. Granite countertops, custom Travertine flooring in all main areas and expansive windows offer spectacular views.
This is an active adult community featuring 3 club houses, 4 pools, two gyms, restaurants, tennis, pickle ball, golf and more. There is a minimum stay of 30 days. A rental agreement is required. If you wish to take advantage of the many amenities, a $25 fee for a Resident ID is required. This is a 55+ community and requires that one of the renters be at least 55.
