Features a true gourmet kitchen with a large gas range, soapstone counters, breakfast bar and stainless steel appliances. Relax in the evening on your private patio with fire table, or your living room reclining couch with gas fireplace. Main level bedroom with queen bed and full first floor bathroom, with 3 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms on the 2nd floor. All bedrooms have flat-screen TVs. Balcony, a sitting area, as well a laundry center are on the upper level for convenience. Private parking for 2 cars in the rear, with additional free parking. Wheelchair accessible. Towels and linen provided. Walk to Baker Park, which is directly behind or to downtown restaurants and shops, and the Carroll Creek Promenade a few blocks away.

This was the fourth year in a row we have stayed here. Every year I say the same thing, best hosts of any VRBO we have ever stayed in. Very responsive and the extra things provided are amazing. This is all in addition to being very clean and comfortable and being within walking distance to the shops and restaurants of downtown Frederick. Highly recommended staying here.

What a lovely home!! So well kept and stocked with everything you might need and then some! This is a very old home, built in 1910 with updates, expansions, and renovations over the years. You get the windy staircases and nooks and crannies with modern bathrooms, kitchen and furniture! Very roomy yet cozy. Beds extremely comfortable. The location was perfect for walking to downtown Frederick. Parking was plenty, with spaces in the back and street parking out front. The owners were extremely responsive to help get us situated and answer any questions. I only wish we had time to use the patio! Would definitely return.

I stayed 2 nights over the “Fire and Ice” weekend in Frederick with my partner and 2 couples. It was the most brutal cold weekend in years. However, our hosts’ home was so warm and amazing. They have a charming and beautiful home. Their house is in easy walking distance of Market Street. The accommodations were excellent. The amenities were over the top. The hosts provided so many food and drink choices that made the six of us feeling very welcome. There wasn’t anything they didn’t think of. I felt it was the best VRBO home I had ever been in. I think this was the most accommodating home away from home in which I have ever stayed. We were more than impressed.I think the only downside was that the weather outside did not allow us to enjoy the patio or balcony.I would definitely come back.

We came to Fredrick for a wedding and the location was great. We could walk to a couple of the activities that were downtown but still fairly close to grocery stores and stuff. The home was clean with plenty of towels and blankets. The kitchen was by far the best stocked kitchen I have ever had in a rental. The owners were very quick to responded and unlike some places I have stayed the pictures were very accurate of the place. Everyone was very comfortable and with 3 bathrooms it was easy to get ready. The furniture in the living room was very comfortable in fact my father in law often fell asleep in the recliner. Recommended this place and absolutely would stay again. Book with confidence you won’t be disappointed.

Annual ladies' weekend getaway

Stayed at the property with 5 other friends from college. Great property with plenty of space. Responsive and hospitable owners. There were so many nice touches- private patio with fire table, nespresso and coffee maker, etc. The owners were so thoughtful as to provide coffee, creamer, champagne and orange juice, etc. Would recommend this rental to others.

Great house in Frederick in downtown and very close to Baker Park

Our hosts spoiled us. We had everything we could want and more. The house itself is a dream. I wish we lived there. Two parking spaces in downtown is amazing, but then add in all the bedrooms and full bathrooms. Even a fountain on the terrace. Thank you for a wonderful stay!
